1867-80 2/- dull blue mint with traces of o.g. optd. SPECIMEN (type 2, in blue), ‘see below’ in m/script horizontally across the top, but nonetheless, an item of considerable rarity with very few recorded examples. Ex Samuel. (S.G. Spec J118v, £2500).
