Sochi: 1918 60(k) on 1k perf and imperf plus 60(k) on 3k horizontal pairs each showing one surcharge inverted, the perf 1k mint never hinged, the imperf pair used with margins touched at top, the 3k four fine margins used, each with Mikulski handstamps and photo certificate for group, a fine and extremely rare group.
