Description
Austrian Post Offices in Romania 1865: Arms 10 s. blue and pair of 15 s. brown, both perf. 9½, used on 1865 small cover to Paris, France tied by “BUCAREST” circular datestamp (April 1) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 714). Vienna arrival cds (April 8) on front, and Vienna transit (April 6) on reverse. Back flap partly missing, still an attractive usage.
