1944 WW2 Romania censored telegram form. Telegram message sent on 5/12/1944 from Bucharest to an army captain at Military Post Office 649, delivered on 13/12/1944 by MPO #104, bearing the scarce Russian censorship marking in violet ПРОСМОТРЕНО / ВОЕННОВОЙ ЦЕНЗУРОЙ / 7082 (“Examined by Military Censorship No. 7082”). Normal creases of such forms, but scarce.
