1854 (13 Nov) entire to London franked Second printing 10c greenish black in vertical strip of three, fine large margins all round tied by nine bar cancels, entire endorsed “via Ostende” at top and “franco Ostende” at base, cds at base and erased framed PD top left, the stamps lifted for inspection and re-attached by hinge, ex Dupont; a fine and rare item to England.
