1922 B.L.P. overprinted Victory unissued set of four, each stamp showing the variety ‘comma’ for ‘stop’ after ‘P’, each stamp is with full original gum, never hinge, the 25c small tone on reverse, scarce varieties and seldom,if ever offered as a complete set. the 10c with Raybaudi Cert (2003), the other three Dr Avi Certs (2015)
