Collection: 1859 Ferdinand II exhibition collection beautifully presented on pages with ranges of the 1/2g to 50g including many shades, mostly 4 margins mint or used, the mint mostly with original gum, many with sheet position indicated and most are signed. We note some re-touches, incl. the scarce 20g, 1/2g in pair, 50g in pairs (horizontal and vertical) and strip of 3 (very fine and scarce). Unfortunately the certificates are lost, but this is an important collection of considerable quality with the catalogue of the cheapest shades only, Euro 200,000+.
