1860 Newspaper ‘L’OMNIBUS’, no. 122 of 29 December, franked with a ½ tornese blue ‘Savoy Cross’, position no. 63 of the De Angelis-Pecchi classification, cancelled with boxed black ‘ANNULLATO’, red despatch cds at right, the margin at base a little rough and bottom right corner frame line just touched, a first month of issue usage; cert.
