60 Lepta franking: 1896 (22 Dec) Printed envelope of the Post and Telegraph Headquarteres (with coat of Arms) endorsed “Urgent” simply addressed “Monsieur A Beddig, Hannover”, arrival backstamp of 9/1, franked with two 10 Lepta and a 40 Lepta bearing single cds, some toning on stamps and slight faults to envelope, scarce.
