1866 fragile company outer letter sheet to Pointe a Pitre franked France perforated Napoleon 20c and 40c tied by two unclear St Phomas Paq. Fr octagonal date stamps, because of this weakness the stamps have been additionally struck by single central octagonal COR. D.ARMEES CACIQUE 2 Juil 66 datestamp, St Thomas despatch cds at right of 30/6. The only recorded use of the octagonal marking used as cancellation
