The Halifax route was later barred via Hamilton, as the letter missed the steamer from Halifax and was diverted to New York, carried on Cunard “Arabia” via Liverpool 28/2, with PKT. LETTER handstamp on reverse, arriving Andover.Rate Explanation: The original Halifax route rating was cancelled.
