Dublin: 1825 (30.12) Envelope sent locally to The Archbishop of Dublin, Crumlin, which would have incurred an extra penny charge for the extended delivery, however a boxed red octagonal TO.PAY/ONE :PENNY/ONLY was applied, indicating franked mail, fine.
