1949 (14.3.) registered airmail cover to Totland Bay, Isle of Wight, England bearing a single franking B.M.A. 10s on 10s tied Decamere date stamp, corresponding registration label at left, the envelope damaged and resealed/reinforced with General Post Office/ Found open or damaged manila tape tied with unclear framed handstamps, four further despatch cds and Asmara-Centro Sezione Racc transit of following day, a remarkable single franking probably correctly rated envelope.
