Postcard Stamps: 1919 35k. on 4k. Romanov in red-brown used with part cds. A fine example of this rarity (only 46 were issued with a low survival rate), Dr Jem handstamps. Dr Paul Jemtschoujin Certificate (1957) together with the Mercury Stamp Co receipt of 1956.
