1924 Second Everest Expedition card to Calcutta bearing the Expedition label tied by MT EVEREST EXPEDITION/ TIBET/ 1924 used with India KGV 1/2a tied by Yatung Tibet/ Via Siliguri 9 Jul cds, between the two a Beador Street/ Calcutta arrival of 11 Jly, reverse of card with handstamp repeated and a fine example of rare type C, Rongbuck Glacier/ Main Base Camp/ 17,000ft, without message and some slight wear and ageing
