Description
4tr olive-green, setting 1c, imperf sheet from late 1930s, known as the first of the ‘Missing Cliché’ printings. Now only sheets of eleven after cliche 4 disappeared and, maybe to keep accounting correct a loose stamp from another sheet was added, this a cliché 6, scarce item
