Description
1tr. deep carmine red, shiny enamel printing complete sheet of 12, often called “the error of colour” it is printed in the colour of the 2/3tr, printed in early 1930s and discovered by Waterfall in 1950s. A major variety and one of the great rarities of Tibetan Philately. Ex Bibbins and the stock of Geoffrey Flack.
