1906 Postal warrant to provide ‘One Horse’ to carry mail from the ‘Lord Minister’ in Peking to the Xining, Amban. Xining being the centre for Peking’s Administration of the Tibetan Highlands, as usual left side of document removed, some staining, a scarce historical document
