1894 A native registered cover paying 3.5 annas registered rate with seven 1/2a green ovpt with TO1 MBD overprint on back of cover. Front bears the address saying that a notice was mailed to a Raj Nandgaon official. Rectangular registered cancel in maroon says “Register State Post Nandgaon number” An extremely rare registered cover. Ex Dan Walker (SG unpriced for covers).
