1854 An attractive and well-chosen group of six lithographed issues, all with clear to ample margins. Includes ½ Anna Blue (2 shades), unchecked for dies, 1 Anna Red, a fresh and appealing example with generous margins all around, cancelled by a diamond bar obliterator. 2 Anna Green, comprising a single and a pair, both with clear margins throughout. Of particular note is the 2 Anna Green pair, which shows complete and distinct outer frame lines on all sides—a scarce and desirable feature, as most examples of this issue are found with incomplete or weak outer frame lines. A fine and visually appealing group, with the pair of exhibition quality. (SG £700+)
