1929 USSR-Sinkiang, China, registered mail from Zaisan (today in Kazakhstan) via the border point in Mai-Kapcheguai 22 Sep 1929 (extremely rare cancellation) with registration label on reverse, with trace of Chinese censorship and Soviet stamps were removed by the censor. A unique commercial mail with extremely rare cancellation, and a valuable historical document from a turbulent time; a real gem of Chinese postal history related to Dzhungaria and Sinkiang region.
