1934 (11 Jun) cover to Canton, China underfranked with KGV 1 1/2d, hexagonal ‘T20’ applied, at left framed red cachet with manuscript charge ‘Postage Due 20 cents’, the three black characters alongside reading ‘London Missionary Society’, at top a labl showing charges applied, reverse with 20c Due applied tied bilingual Canton S.O. No.10 cds, repeated to left; a good example with the paper receipt surviving; ex Stewart Gardiner.
