1929 The second known Mecca bilingual “parti” label incoming registered cover from Vienna (12.7.29) via Port Tanfiq and Port Said (23.7) to Mecca (attempted deliveries 5.8., 6.8, 7.8), but the recipient had left, returned via Port Tanfiq (14.8) and Alexandria, unusual and extremely rare used pf the “parti” label
