1916 (20.11) The French Military Mission in Hejaz (Mission B): Lettercard from a Mission member in transit in Suez (20.11) to Tunis in Tunisia, with superb strike of the MISSIONB/BASE DE SUEZ/LE COMMT DE LA BASE cachet in blue and interesting text enclosed “We do not yet know anything about our destination or the date of departure”, with French ship cds and Tunis arrival (4.12) on reverse, very fine and the only recorded Mission mail to Tunisia
