1916 “FEE PAID” of Mecca: Censored envelope from Mecca to Testour (Tunisia), bearing large type “FEE PAID” (Uexkull Type B), used only in August and September 1916, censored in Cairo and Tunis, returned as “unreadable” (“Illisible”), a very rare provisional usage and routing.
