1948 (Apr 7) 1d, 3d, 6d and 1s with “Specimen.” overprint, no gum except for traces on the 1s, small glue spot on 6d, fine, thought to have been done by Waterlow in 1949 and given to the Irish Post Office in order to affix them to souvenir menus at Shannon Airport (a project that never materialised), rare with only 120 of each value overprinted
