Stamps (Isfila 439+437+438 = Michel 217+215+216) tied by bilingual ‘Galata 3’ postmarks in black , on reverse alongside showing double-circle with star type ‘ALEXANDRIA-CONSTANTA’ in black Romanian shipping company postmark.
