1913 Ottoman postal packet card for three parcels sent from Constantinople to Belgium by Black sea / Danube River shipping route bearing on both side 7X2 pia. + 20 para + 20X 1 pia. Stamps (Isfila 439+437+438 = Michel 217+215+216) tied by bilingual ‘Galata 3’ postmarks in black , on reverse alongside showing double-circle with star type ‘ALEXANDRIA-CONSTANTA’ in black Romanian shipping company postmark.
