1858/1891 Second Issue sheet (175 x 107mm) containing eight reprints of the 10 parale black on greenish horizontally and vertically laid paper, bearing number “249” in red pencil on its front, original sheet numbered “1” in top right corner, a scarce showpiece
Note: The 10 parale stamps was approved but never issued as the newspaper rate was reduced to 5 parale
