Theologo in Constantinopole to Demetrio Bozin in Galatz, bearing blue oval Austrian Lloyd agency at Constantinopole cachet, with clear blue double oval Cyrillic cachet inscribed “SAU KURATIT LA KAPITANIA PORTULUI GALATZ” alongside, and disinfected at harbor master/Galatz, showing additional negative seal of “FILS H. THEOLOGO CONSTANTINOPOLE” on reverse, usual Rastel holes indicating disinfection (Dragomir type K44 – 8R; see #158 on page 58), very fine and scarce, rare combination of one quarantine Galatz negative seal and one bluish Austrian Lloyd agency at Constantinopole cachet
