HARLICESTI SI KOSTISA: 1880 Folded registered cover sent by “The teacher of the school of Costisa village, Bistrita district” addressed to the Schools Revisor of Neamtu District, bearing superb Cyrillic black double circle ds with inscription “TINUTUL N496 NEAMTU 1840 SATUL HARLNICESTI SI KOSTISA” dated 1840, with blue Buhusi transit thimble cds and registration numbers alongside, extremely rare, signed Marco Martin
