PLOIESTI: 1859 Ploiesti Postal manuscript bearing clear black decorative ornate Cyrillic oval cachet with inscription “Kurierul Romanesc”, depicting Mail Coach, horses and trumpet blowing angel above, announcing arrival of the mail coach, applied on form for three telegraphic dispatches (each one at a cost of 7 lei 5 parale) and docketed at left “Lei 21,15” (Dragomir type SV55 – FF (highest rating); see # 12 page 30), attractive and scarce
