BRAILA: 1860 (27.8) Postal manuscript bearing very clear decorative ornate Cyrillic full negative circular seal with inscription “POSTA BRAILA”, depicting Eagle, Post Coach, Riders and dated 1846, seal applied by lampblack, document being a receipt for 35 Lei and 25 Parale – carrier’s fee for Telegraph dispatch (Dragomir type SV46 – 6R; see # 4 page 28; signed: Heimbuchler), attractive and rare
