PORTUGAL: 1928 (May 23) SECOND DAY: Postcard (not sent) with the obligatory 1928 Olympic 15c cancelled by favour at Sao Bento (which was prohibited), very fine and unusual.
Note: This 15c stamp was obligatory for 3 days from May 22-24 in 1928 for mail sent within Portugal.
