PORTUGAL: 1928 (May 23) SECOND DAY: 25c Postal stationery card from Viana de Castelo to Porto, not franked with the obligatory 1928 Olympic 15c and hence franked with the Olympic 30c postage due on arrival in Porto, with “T” hs adjacent which was unjustified as it should have only been applied if the rate was incorrect, a fine and very rare usage
