Description

PORTUGAL: 1928 (May 23) SECOND DAY: Commercial envelope from Evora to Porto franked with 1928 Olympic 30c postage due BISECTED in lieu of the obligatory 15c both tied by Evora cds with arrival cds adjacent, however the bisect was unaccepted in Porto and franked with a complete Olympic 30c postage due stamp on the reverse, some foxing, a fine and UNIQUE usage

Note: These stamps were only valid for 3 day from May 22-24 in 1928
