1816 (11 Sep.) Folded entire from St.Croix to Copenhagen, cart N°11, prepaid rate of 10 Styver to Copenhagen, was not handled by a custom-house which should have been the case for all mail originating from the West Indies, was charged a further 5RBS, very fine
