MACLOUTSIE: 1899 (Nov 20) Envelope endorsed “On Active Service / No Stamps available”, with Macloutsie Nov 20 cds, reverse with Palapye Nov 23 and Bulawayo Nov 29 cds, probably originating from Fort Tuli and passed back to the logistic staging post at Macloutsi, sent to the UK with “T” and “1D / F.B.” tax marks on arrival, minor soiling and wear, scarce Boer War item
