Gupta Empire, Skandagupta, c. 455-467, AV dinar, 8.48 g. (20 mm). Archer.

Special features: king wearing long-tailed tunic over loin cloth with head turned to left, beside delicate banner with finely-detailed Garuda, name under arm skanda. Brahmi legend on reverse sriskandaguptah exceptionally well preserved. Kumar, TOTGE 2024, class I, variety A. Raven, SkG/group 1.

VF+, with very well preserved legend on reverse.
