HIRO HITO, EMPEREUR DU JAPON. Lettre diplomatique officielle en japonais adressée au nouveau président élu de la Bolivie : « A Son Excellence M. Enrique Penaranda (…) élu président constitutionnel de la République de Bolivie… adressant à Son Excellence nos félicitations à l’occasion de sa prise de fonction, nous sommes convaincus que les bonnes relations existant entre nos deux pays seront encore plus étroites ». En bon état, avec une légère teinte d’ensemble, deux plis horizontaux, quelques légères annotations au crayon sur la deuxième page et quelques légers restes de timbres rouges sur la première page. 42 x 29,5 cm. Avec une traduction française complète.

Official diplomatic letter in Japanese sent to the newly elected President of Bolivia: “To His Excellency Mr. Enrique Penaranda (…) being elected Constitutional President of the Republic of Bolivia… sending to his Excellency our congratulations at the occasion of His taking office, we are convinced that the good ties existing between our two countries will be even closer”. In fine condition, with a light shade of overall toning, two horizontal folds, some light pencil notations to second page and some light red stamps remnants to first page. 42 x 29,5 cm. With a complete French translation.
