Description
Post Gupta, Bengal, Samatata region, Khadga dynasty, Sri dharanarata (?), c. 675-700, AV dinar, 5.79 g. (21 mm). Obverse: king standing, holding arrow in right hand and bow in left hand, stylized shankha to left, Bhahmi Sri under king’s left arm. Reverse: stylized female figure/Lakshmi standing right, pseudo letters to right, dotted border around. Kumar TOTGE 2024, 18.9, variety B.
EF+, well-centred, lustre shows through.
