ROCCAPALUMBA: 1860 (23.4) Folded letter sheet to Palermo, franked 2 Gr. light blue, plate III, PA paper (Sass. 8), showing oval ROCCAPALUMBA (Ocf. red – P.R3) in black alongside, and Palermo arrival alongside, internal strengthening of folds, extremely rare.
