NARO: 1860 Folded letter sheet sent to Messina, franked 2 Gr. plate III, PA paper (Sass. 8), close to good margins, showing black oval fancy NARO alongside (Ocf – black P.11), plus unusual manuscript “francobollo”, very fine.
