1907 (Mar 2) Post & Telegraphs printed envelope sent registered to the Netherlands, with three 1906 25l tied by Athens “9” cds, with two stamps being dramatically misperfed and missing the lower portion of the stamp with the value, paying the 75l double rate registered letter abroad, with Athens and New York registered labels, reverse with New York and Amsterdam arrivals, some overall staining and stamps previously lifted and put back, an attractive and most unusual with the misperfed stamps.
