1845 (Mar 4) entire letter from Totteridge (London) to Belgium, bearing 1841 2d blue pl.3 horizontal strip of four (LA-LD), pair (KB-KC) and two singles (KA, KD with double D), neatly cancelled by good strikes of the “15” numeral cancel, interesting content in the letter of how the sender had struggled to forward a previous letter to the recipient demonstrating the difficulty of sending mail overseas, vertical filing folds affecting franking, a very rare cover.
