Per Label. 2/- Per Row of 12. £2 Per Sheet… Place the Labels ABOVE the addrefs and Tow” and additionally showing the plate number “3”, each stamp overprinted “SPECIMEN” large part original gum; some wrinkling or faults though a magnificent block, and a major exhibition rarity.
