1899 Second Issue with arabesque control handstamp, a fine group on three pages featuring 10ch (PE8C), 12ch (PE9C), and 1kr (PE10C) envelopes, including 10ch with misplaced overprint, Yezd to Meched 1900, uprated with 2ch 1899 lion issue (x2) and 1ch with 1900 Special Adjutant’s seal partial handstamp in violet, also 12ch envelope uprated with 1ch, 10ch, 12ch lion stamps to Berlin with notice of receipt, and two commercial 1kr envelopes sent registered to Zurich 1899 with uprating and good reg. markings, one envelope with 1898 16ch handstamped in violet; very fine and attractive.
