1899 Second Issue with arabesque control handstamp, four envelopes of 5ch yellow (PE7A, PE7CA and PE7CB), 5ch (PE7A) 1899 registered Sultanabad to Germany uprated with 1899 1kr red and 1ch gray, the latter used as reg. label with number inscription, also two envelopes 5ch (PE7CB), including one earliest recorded usage sent registered to Zurich 27 Aug 1899, uprated with 3ch and 16ch issue of1898 handstamped in violet; very attractive group with fresh envelopes.
