1900 one page with three letters, comprising 1900 letter from Hamadan to Teheran, bearing on back a vertical pair of 1900 revalued 5ch on 8ch brown, neatly tied by Hamadan circular datestamp, and letter to UK with pair of the same 5ch on 8ch brown and pair of 1ch handstamped in violet sent from Teheran Maidan and paying the foreign rate 12 chahi, also registered letter Chiraz via Bouchir to Germany Nov 1900, franked on back with 1ch and 10ch 1900 with violet handstamp and 1kr red (defective), paying the double rate 24ch and reg. fee 12ch; three very fine and scarce envelopes with stamps of the provisional issues that were in use for a very short period only.
