20 parale on thin paper, two good to large margined singles, neatly tied network grille cancels, on 1867 registered letter sheet from Mizil to Budeu, with “Mizil 27/9” in manuscript and boxed “DUPA PLECARE” and “RECOMANDAT” alongside, edges of address panels reinforced by sellotape, a scarce usage, cert.
